Who can and how to activate the withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, you must complete the form within 14 days of receiving the goods by CLICKING HERE

In case of return, the product/s must be sent to:

and the order number must be inserted inside the package. The only cost you will bear will be the shipping costs to return the product.

If the return of the product received is due to one of the following reasons:

1. product with visible defects;
2. Wrong/non-compliant product

It is necessary to send an email to: support@ynotmilano.it specifying the reason for the return, no. order and attaching representative images of the defect/non-conformity found.

N.B.: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal

The refund will be made through the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

Method of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is subject to the conditions of Article 67 of the Consumer Code. If you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods purchased, the consumer is required to return it or make it available to Gioshi Srl or to the person designated by the latter, according to the methods and times established by the contract. The integrity and completeness of the goods to be returned, in all its parts, is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise this right, you will need to contact the seller who will explain the specific methods of the return process.
